Timbercreek Four Quadrant Global Real Estate Partners (the “Partnership”) is a private limited partnership that combines Timbercreek’s various investment strategies into one globally diversified integrated real estate investment solution. The Partnership offers access to real estate private equity investments, while providing income and liquidity. The Partnership combines real estate private equity investments with real estate debt to provide stable income and adds publicly traded equity and debt to provide liquidity. By investing both publicly and privately in real estate debt and equity, the Partnership minimizes volatility, while maximizing the total return for investors. The Partnership also makes these investments globally in order to capitalize on pricing inefficiencies in different markets around the world, providing better diversification for investors.
The Partnership will invest in equity and debt backed by real estate across all property types which includes residential, office, industrial, retail, healthcare, hotels, and self-storage. The investments are located and/or listed in the industrialized countries of the world such as the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, South Africa, Western Europe and the United Kingdom. The Partnership’s objectives are to:
- optimize returns by combining the inflation-hedged benefits of real estate equity with the stable and consistent yield of real estate debt and
- enhance liquidity with public investments while minimizing volatility with private investments.
