All real estate debt investment opportunities undergo a rigorous due diligence process which includes an analytical review with in-person visits to all real estate assets that will collateralize the loan, an assessment of the quality of the cash flow generated by these properties and independent verification of the environmental and structural integrity of the collateral assets. 

Utilizing our extensive network of professionals across Canada, the U.S. and Europe, we actively manage our debt investments throughout the term of each loan until repayment.
