Timbercreek invests in cash-flowing real estate across a range of asset classes such as the multi-residential housing, retail, office, hospitality, commercial and industrial sectors. We invest directly and through equity investments in private owner/operators across Canada and through our strategic partners in targeted high-growth markets around the world. We have conducted more than $4.6 billion in direct real estate transactions and are one of the largest private investors in multi-residential real estate in Canada. 

Currently we own and manage a quality portfolio of over 200 multi-unit residential buildings totalling approximately 21,000 residential suites located in urban centres across North America. To support these investments, we have built a dedicated and experienced asset, property and capital management platform and employ experienced professionals who focus exclusively on actively managing these assets. This in-house platform is a critical component of our success and has led to sustainable and secure returns for our investors in one of the real estate sector’s most stable asset classes.
